Founder

Richard Bermea

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Richard founded the company with a strong commitment to hard work, reliability, and quality craftsmanship. His hands-on experience and leadership have played a key role in the company’s growth and in building lasting relationships with clients throughout the years.

President

Balse Bermea

As President of the company, Blase oversees daily operations and helps ensure that projects move forward smoothly from start to finish. As the company’s lead project estimator, he plays a key role in planning, coordination, and maintaining the quality and efficiency standards the company is known for.

Monica Bermea

As a Founding Partner of the company, Monica Bermea continues to provide guidance and support through her years of administrative experience and industry knowledge. She plays an important role in overseeing office operations, assisting the team, and helping maintain the organization and efficiency that keep the company running smoothly.

Assistant Secretary

Cheyenne Correa

As Assistant Secretary, Cheyenne supports a wide range of day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. She assists wherever needed, helping maintain organization, communication, and efficiency throughout the office while supporting the team in different areas of the company’s daily activities.

Office Manager

Daniel Pineda

As Office Manager, Daniel provides day-to-day support across multiple areas of the company, assisting with office operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks. He also manages media and marketing content, helping document projects through photography and video while helping the company’s online presence and communication efforts.

Junior Estimator

Víctor Martínez

As Junior Estimator, Víctor assists with project estimating, budgeting, and website management while supporting different areas of the company’s day-to-day operations. He also works alongside the field crew when needed, helping ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently both in the office and on-site.
