ASPHALT PAVING
We undertake asphalt paving projects ranging from residential driveways to parking lots. We perform work from scratch or using overlay techniques, adapting to the area's conditions and the client's budget. Our focus is on delivering durable, well-compacted surfaces ready for efficient use.
CONCRETE WORK.
We have extensive experience in concrete formwork, pouring, and finishing. We currently specialize in large-volume concrete projects, supported by specialized equipment and trained personnel. We guarantee solid, level structures built to project specifications.
CHIP-SEALING
Chip seal is an asphalt treatment that combines asphalt emulsion and gravel, ideal for severely deteriorated surfaces where traditional sealing is no longer sufficient. It is a cost-effective alternative that improves traction and extends the lifespan of the existing pavement.
ASPHALT PATCHING
We repair potholes, trenches, deteriorated areas, and structural damage in the asphalt. The process includes cutting and delimiting the affected area, compacting the base, and laying new asphalt, leaving the surface slightly elevated to compensate for future settling and ensure a long-lasting result.
BUILDING, CONCRETE, AND ASPHALT DEMOLITION
We carry out demolition work safely and efficiently, using specialized machinery and adhering to safety regulations. We handle the complete removal of the demolished material and its transportation for final disposal, leaving the area clean and ready for the next stage of the project.
DIRT WORK / BUILDING PADS
We prepare the land for buildings, parking lots, and roads, performing leveling and platform construction according to project requirements. We adapt the terrain using the materials best suited to your needs, ensuring a stable and appropriate foundation for construction.
CRACK FILLING
Crack sealing is a key step in preventative asphalt maintenance. We use hot tar to seal cracks, preventing water infiltration and premature surface deterioration, which helps preserve the functionality and appearance of the pavement.
SEALCOATING
Sealcoating is an effective solution for protecting and extending the lifespan of asphalt. Before applying the sealant, we thoroughly clean the surface to ensure proper adhesion. Depending on the condition of the pavement, we also perform crack sealing beforehand to achieve a uniform and long-lasting finish.
PARKING LOT STRIPING
We offer parking lot painting and marking services, adapting to any size or design. We guarantee clear, well-defined lines that comply with regulations, improving the organization, safety, and appearance of the area.
